Your tasks

• Extract, transform, and load data from various company source systems (e.g., SAP, TM1);
• Model, implement, and develop reporting and data analysis solutions, including data visualizations and reusable data models;
• Produce and integrate data from multiple sources to proactively identify trends and opportunities for reporting process improvement;
• Meet with report beneficiaries to clarify and document reporting requirements;
• Monitor the reporting process to identify opportunities for automation;
• Provide reporting services such as manual data uploads and interventions to ensure accuracy and completeness of reporting;
• Collaborate with technical partners to review code structures and request feedback;
• Analyse and implement pilot programs and operational activities related to data analytics;
• Develop analytical context to achieve objectives agreed upon with the business. Raise alarms where data consistency presents significant risk.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s Degree: Computer science, data analytics, applied mathematics, statistics, engineering, economics, or similar fields. Academic qualifications or professional training courses in the technical area, focusing on Data Analytics and/or Big Data Analysis, Finance;
• Relevant professional experience: more than 7 years;
• Advanced proficiency with BI Tools (e.g. Power BI, DAX,...) and data visualization best practices;
• Strong Python skills for implementing business logic and analytical models;
• Proficiency documentation solutions (e.g. GitHub);
• Experience with SQL, T-SQL, MDX, tabular models, and data modeling in enterprise environments. Proficiency in BI applications (SAP Cloud Analytics, SAP BO, Microsoft BI, SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, IBM Planning & Analytics, OneStream);
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office, databases, and infrastructure applications (Windows SharePoint/Portal Services);
• Knowledge of performance reporting frameworks (e.g., KPIs, financial metrics);
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills (English required, German a plus).
