Your duties:
- Preparatory accounting in close cooperation with the tax advisor
- Proper management of financial accounting and assistance in the preparation and creation of balance sheets
- Monitoring daily business transactions and preparing weekly liquidity and bank planning
- Maintaining accounts receivable, preparing outgoing invoices, including reporting and monitoring incoming payments
- Managing client contract documents
- Maintaining asset accounting
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly operating statements and other controlling reports
- Supporting accounts payable and executing payment transactions
What you need to have:
- You have successfully completed commercial vocational training with a focus on accounting, preferably with a relevant degree
- You are characterised by a careful, independent, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, as well as good communication and teamwork skills.
- You work effectively with software (e.g. MS Office), are willing to learn and can therefore quickly acquire knowledge of the software we use or deepen your existing knowledge.
