Your responsibilities:
- Independent management and oversight of building services engineering projects with a budget ranging from 30 to 300 million euros.
- Responsibility for the planning, tendering, and awarding of building services systems in accordance with HOAI service phases 1–7.
- Project coordination with building owners, architects, and contractors.
- Monitoring schedules and costs, as well as ensuring quality assurance in projects.
- Leading and coordinating project teams in the implementation of sophisticated building services solutions, particularly in the healthcare sector and hospital construction.
- Central point of contact (m/f/d) for all technical matters related to building services and a competent liaison with clients, specialist planners, and project stakeholders.
- Interdisciplinary coordination of all building services trades to ensure a smooth project workflow.
- Identifying, evaluating, and calculating project changes and addenda.
- Lead and develop assigned employees by fostering individual strengths, identifying and nurturing talent, and resolving conflicts to create a motivating work environment.
You should meet the following requirements:
- A successfully completed degree in building services engineering, a technician’s certificate, a master craftsman’s certificate, or a comparable qualification.
- At least 10 years of professional experience in managing building services engineering projects.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in planning, including at least one technical trade
- Demonstrable experience with at least two successfully completed construction projects (please include a list of references).
- In-depth knowledge of building services engineering, particularly in at least one specialized mechanical trade with advanced technical expertise.
- Proficiency in industry-standard CAD and calculation software such as REVIT.
- Very good knowledge of the VOB and HOAI.
- A structured, methodical, and dedicated work ethic, as well as strong communication and teamwork skills.
