At the Hünfeld site, we are looking for a full-time Section Manager Orthopaedics and Trauma Surgery (m/f/d) as soon as possible

• Conservative and surgical treatments in the field of orthopaedics and trauma surgery and have additional training in special trauma surgery
• Collegial, interdisciplinary cooperation with the other specialist departments of the clinic
• Management and further development of your team's employees with ensuring medical training, further education and training as well as needs-based personnel deployment planning
• You will be responsible for the further development and design of processes and structures in your area of responsibility and accompany your team in the development of technical and social skills
• They participate in the trauma surgery / orthopaedic on-call service

• You are a specialist (m/f/d) in orthopaedics and trauma surgery or in surgery with a focus on trauma surgery
• You have additional training in special trauma surgery and, if necessary, can prove that you have other specialisations
• You have several years of professional experience, if possible with management responsibility, and are characterized by organizational skills and strong social skills
• You can prove that you have been admitted as a D-doctor or to the DAV procedure
• You have extensive clinical and surgical experience with trauma surgery-orthopaedic clinical pictures
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
