We are looking for a full-time or part-time quality management assistant (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

• Support in the above-mentioned area in daily and project work
• Collaboration in the context of internal audits, quality circles, care visits, certifications and their documentation
• Collaboration in document control and establishment of the roXtra document control system throughout the hospital
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and structures in the building
• Collaboration in the area of energy management and sustainability
• Participation in clinical risk management
• Support and further development of the internal QM system and promotion of quality awareness throughout the hospital

• Completed training as a nurse or healthcare and nursing assistant (m/f/d)
• Ideally initial professional experience in one of the areas mentioned or an interest in deepening your professional knowledge in this area of work
• A high degree of initiative and resilience as well as organizational skills and a sense of responsibility
• Strong cooperation and communication skills as well as the ability to remain calm in stressful and crisis situations
