Job description
- Data collection and administration are carried out in a structured, IT-supported manner
- Statistics are recorded and updated reliably
- Orders are received by telephone and complaints are dealt with
- Weighing slips and service slips are processed carefully
- Invoices are prepared and you provide support with invoicing
- Filing and archiving are organised, You keep the company diary and maintain lists
- General administrative tasks and supporting the team in day-to-day business are part of your everyday life
Requirements
- You have completed commercial training, ideally in the field of freight forwarding
- You have initial professional experience in the above-mentioned areas of responsibility (desirable)
- You have good user knowledge of MS Office programs
- A class B driving licence and a car are an advantage
