Über die Rolle
In der schnell wachsenden Organisation für "Customer Success & Training" suchen wir aktuell einen Consultant Datenmigration (m/w/d), der/die unsere Kunden bei der Systemablösung berät und verantwortlich ist für die erfolgreiche Implementierung der neuen Software.
Die Position erfordert keinerlei Reisetätigkeit (höchstens in Ausnahmefällen), da die Kunden remote beraten werden. Wir suchen unseren neuen Kollegen / Kollegin jedoch in der Nähe unseres neuen Office Standortes Hürth.
Deine Aufgaben
Wenn Systeme in Kanzleien/Notariaten komplett oder zu Teilen abgelöst werden sollen, sorgst du dafür, dass Bestands- und Bewegungsdaten in das Neusystem übertragen werden.
Wie können im Einklang mit dem Datenhaushalt die Wünsche des Kunden berücksichtigt und umgesetzt werden?
Gemeinsam mit unseren Kunden analysierst du Prozesse und entwickelst optimale Strategien für die Datenübertragung.Im Rahmen eigenverantwortlicher Datenmigrationsprojekte bist du die erste Ansprechperson rund um das Thema Daten und fungierst als Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung, Entwicklung, Schulungsreferenten und dem Kunden.
Du begleitest die Daten über die passendste Datenextraktion hin in das Zielsystem und bist für die Neu- sowie Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Konvertierungstools und -Skripte (C# / .NET, SQL, Delphi, Python) verantwortlich und portierst diese bei Bedarf gemeinsam im Team auf neue Technologien.
Durch Dein technisches und fachliches Clearing der Daten stellst du die Datenqualität sicher und sorgst dafür, dass Deine/unsere Skripte und Programme exakt das tun, was sie sollen.
Du bringst Ideen ein, um unsere Migrationsprozesse zu standardisieren und zu automatisieren.
Dein Profil
Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Berufsausbildung in (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Data Science, Data Management oder äquivalenten Berufsfeldern – oder du bringst relevante Praxiserfahrung mit.
Sicherer Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken und SQL ist für dich selbstverständlich.
Kenntnisse in C#/.NET oder Python sind ein Plus, aber keine Pflicht – wir unterstützen dich bei der Einarbeitung.
Du übernimmst gern Verantwortung, bist kommunikativ und arbeitest strukturiert.
Deine Stärken sind Systemdenken und ein ausgeprägter Prozessfokus. Zudem bist Du gründlich und detailorientiert.
Du bist offen dafür, dich mit unbekannten Technologien auseinanderzusetzen und hast Spaß dir neues Wissen anzueignen.
Erfahrung in Datenmigration ist wünschenswert, aber kein Muss.
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift runden dein Profil ab.
