You take ownership of our operations across the entire supply chain – from customer demand to final delivery.

Operational Tasks
- Ensure product availability across all channels (D2C, B2B, retail) and monitor stock levels while triggering replenishment actions
- Coordinate daily operations with suppliers, warehouses, and logistics partners to ensure smooth execution
- Support and validate demand forecasts, execute ordering processes, and manage incoming goods and stock movements
- Oversee outbound logistics including shipping, delivery performance, returns, and service levels
- Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks in day-to-day business
- Ensure operational readiness for product launches, promotions, and retail campaigns in close alignment with Sales and Marketing
- Collaborate with Customer Service to resolve order-related issues and improve customer experience
- Take ownership of end-to-end supply chain processes, categories, or channels
- Align demand planning, procurement, and logistics to ensure a scalable and efficient setup
- Continuously improve forecasting accuracy and optimize stock levels to reduce out-of-stock and overstock risks
- Identify inefficiencies across the supply chain and implement scalable process improvements
- Define, track, and analyze key KPIs such as availability, OTIF, stock health, and logistics costs, and derive actionable measures
- Act as a central interface between Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to ensure alignment
- Lead cross-functional projects and actively shape the development and scaling of the operations setup
Your skillset - as strong as our protein
- Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or similar
- First relevant experience in operations, supply chain, consulting or a related field, preferrably in FMCG-industry
- Strong analytical and structured way of working
- Hands-on mindset with the ability to execute and improve processes
- High level of ownership and responsibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
