Your tasks.
Analysis and detailed documentation of our customers' business requirements in the digital environment.
Analyze our customers' existing business processes and identify digitalization and optimization potential.
Moderation of workshops and presentations to coordinate requirements, present results and obtain feedback.
Supporting project teams from development, UX, design and marketing in developing tailor-made digital solutions.
Translating complex business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, and epics for our development and design teams.
Coordination and execution of system tests and user acceptance tests (UAT) to ensure the quality of our digital applications.
Support, handover and training of customers on new digital systems and processes.
That's you.
You have a degree (e.g. IT, business administration or a comparable field) and relevant experience as a business analyst – ideally in an agency or in the digital project business.
You are analytically strong, identify optimization potential, and can communicate this clearly and transparently.
You feel confident in agile methods (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as Jira, Confluence and Miro.
You are a strong communicator, work independently in a team, and can explain complex issues in a way that is understandable to non-technical people.
You bring expertise in the online and digital sector as well as a good understanding of customers and the market for B2B companies.
You are enthusiastic about digital transformation and want to continually develop your skills.
You have very good german language skills (at least B2 level).
