Central coordination, maintenance, and further development of our existing Information Security Management System (ISMS).

You are responsible for preparing and supporting audits and act as the central point of contact for management, the Information Security Officer (ISO), and the Data Protection Officer (DPO).

You actively promote security awareness within the company through targeted awareness measures.

You manage our external IT partner and are responsible for the quality of the services provided.

You strategically develop our internal IT tool landscape and ensure its secure and stable operation.

You translate regulatory requirements into pragmatic solutions and identify potential for standardization and automation.

You play a key role in shaping our long-term IT and security strategy.

Several years of experience in IT security or ISMS, as well as knowledge of relevant standards (e.g., ISO 2700, BSI, TISAX)

A structured, solution-oriented work approach and the ability to confidently manage external service providers.

Strong communication skills to convey complex topics in an understandable manner and to act as a central point of coordination.

Ideally, experience with Cloud/SaaS, in an agency environment, or in supporting audits.

Excellent German and good English skills.
