As Partner Manager, you will be responsible for building and expanding Ingentis’ partner network in North America. Your focus will be on identifying, acquiring, and developing new sales partners who bring Ingentis solutions to their enterprise customers.

Your key responsibilities
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners within the HR technology ecosystem (HR consultancies, implementation partners, resellers).
- Develop and execute partner acquisition and Go-to-Market plans to expand market reach and generate new business opportunities.
- Negotiate commercial terms and partnership agreements that define clear mutual value and sales objectives.
- Enable partners through product training, workshops, and joint marketing initiatives (webinars, events, campaigns, case studies).
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive joint sales, ensure customer satisfaction, and track partnership performance (pipeline, revenue, growth).
- Represent Ingentis at industry and partner events whil gathering market feedback to inform partnership and commercial strategy.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in partner management, channel development, or direct sales within a SaaS business environment.
- Proven track record in partner acquisition, enablement, and revenue generation.
- Experience working with HR Consultancies, implementation partners, system integrators, or technology sellers.
- Strong understanding of direct and indirect sales dynamics
- Ability to proactivley build and expand partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills at all organization levels.
- Willingness to travel (20% - 30%) for partner meetings, events, and ecosystem activities.
