Overview
As a Logistics Clerk / Customer service representative, you will support our team in coordinating and organizing logistics processes—from order processing to shipping. This position is also ideal for career changers with quick comprehension skills, an interest in logistics processes, and a structured approach to work.
Job responsibilities
- Preparation of delivery notes and shipping documents
- Communicating with various stakeholders i.e. transport service providers, local & global teams
- Coordinate shipments and monitor delivery dates
- General logistics related administrative tasks
- Maintain ERP system
- Data entry
Requirements
- Willingness to learn, can-do attitude
- Attention to detail
- Working knowledge or MS Office (especially Outlook and Excel)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Ability to work on own initiative and as a team
- Good organizational skills
- Intermediate English and basic German language skills
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
- Logistics, customer service and administrative experience is preferred, these are not a must
