To strengthen our kitchen team at the Landhotel Weißen Roß in Illschwang, we are looking for a committed chef with immediate effect or by arrangement

Sous chef (m/f/d)

Enchant our guests with your creations in the traditional restaurant "Weißes Roß”, starred restaurant "Cheval Blanc” and in our vegan pop-up restaurant "WURZEL”

Your tasks:

• Supporting and deputizing for the head chef
• Independent management of the kitchen team in the absence of the head chef
• Organization and control of processes in the à la carte and banquet area
• Quality control and implementation of hygiene standards (HACCP)
• Participation in menu planning, purchasing and merchandise management
• Promotion and training of trainees and employees

Your profile:

• Completed training as a chef (m|w|d) with several years of professional experience
• Management experience in a comparable position
• Creativity, quality awareness and team spirit
• Independent and structured way of working
• Flexibility, resilience and a passion for good food
