Job description
- The holistic support of national and international customers and the targeted maintenance of existing business relationships are among your essential core tasks
- In addition, you are responsible for the sustainable expansion of the market presence through the active acquisition of new customers and the targeted acquisition of exciting new projects
- Furthermore, you develop individual solutions and technical concepts together with the customer:
- you will also work with customers to develop customised solutions and technical concepts, thereby continuously driving internal product development forward
- you will be fully responsible for achieving the defined turnover and sales targets within your sales territory
- as part of your role, you will also look after international representatives and support them professionally in their sales activities:
- In addition, you will work closely with interfaces such as production, logistics and marketing to ensure smooth order processing
- Finally, you will reliably document your sales activities in the system and plan your travel activities independently, taking into account operational requirements and targets
Requirements
- You have a successfully completed degree in engineering (m/f/d), surface technology (m/f/d) or plastics technology (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have sound professional experience in product management or in the sale of construction chemical products, taking into account specific market requirements
- You have a sound knowledge of the common MS Office products as well as an experienced handling of modern IT systems
- You have a native level of written and spoken German and a very good command of English for communication with international partners:inside
- Furthermore, you have a high degree of willingness to travel worldwide and plan your approximately 85 travel days per year independently and goal-oriented
- Finally, you are a team-oriented personality and work absolutely reliably and independently in direct exchange with the management of your employer
- In addition to your professional expertise, you also bring a valid work permit and a permanent residence in Germany to this responsible position
