For our client, Europe’s largest operator of consumer electronics stores, we are now filling the following position:
DATA ENGINEER (M/W/D) SUPPLY CHAIN // GCP / TERRAFORM / GIT
YOUR TASKS
- Manage and maintain supply chain data in the cloud ensuring security, integrity, and accessibility
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines for collection, transformation, and reporting
- Develop analytical models and dashboards using Machine Learning and Large Language Models to improve KPIs such as order recommendations, forecast accuracy, and inventory turnover
- Build and maintain automations for processes and reporting with Python and SQL
- Collaborate with planners and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable data solutions
- Document data flows, processes, and best practices while supporting the team on data-related topics
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related field
- Strong knowledge of SQL and Python with hands-on experience in data pipelines and automations
- Experience with Google Cloud, Terraform and Git/GitHub
- Practical experience with Machine Learning, LLMs, and ideally generative AI integration
- Familiarity with supply chain or operational data and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Data Studio)
- Strong communication skills, ability to work effectively with non-technical stakeholders, and fluency in English
