• Data collection, structuring, and maintenance from diverse sources such as market reports, property records, and sales data
• Analysis of market trends, property values, rental and occupancy rates, with benchmarking of performance against industry standards
• Development and maintenance of financial models to assess investment viability and to conduct accurate property valuations
• Creation of dashboards, visualisations, and concise reports for the clear communication of insights to stakeholders
• Collaboration with real estate teams, asset managers, and country teams to ensure alignment and an informed decision-making process
• Identification and evaluation of potential risks and opportunities in real estate investments
• Streamlining of analytical processes and safeguarding of high data quality and integrity

Your Profile

• Degree or comparable qualification in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field
• Relevant professional experience in the retail real estate sector or a comparable analytical role, ideally with international exposure
• Proven experience in data analysis and reporting in a real estate context
• In-depth understanding of retail real estate market trends, valuation approaches, and key metrics
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are considered an advantage
• Advanced analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets and identifying trends
• Financial acumen, including application of investment concepts such as payback period and asset yield
• Ability to present findings clearly in written reports and presentations
• Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in analyses
• Problem-solving skills for overcoming challenges in data analysis and real estate assessments
• Proficiency in using Excel, Qlik, and data visualisation tools

The International Real Estate Strategy & Operations team is responsible for steering and aligning the real estate strategy across a diverse, multi-country portfolio. Our mission is to ensure strategic consistency, operational excellence, and future-proof execution of the company’s store portfolio. We lead the international store portfolio management by supporting countries and the group with customized solutions that meet budget and planning requirements. Through close collaboration with Real Estate Heads and their teams across 11 European countries, we coordinate decision-making processes and ensure timely delivery within established governance frameworks. Our team defines and implements strategic guidelines for asset management—including the use of SaaS tools—and oversees daily operations related to property management, expansion, and investment/divestment activities. We maintain a strong focus on data-driven decision-making, using advanced analytics to evaluate retail locations and identify the most commercially viable solutions. As a central function, we foster a consistent yet locally adaptable vision, maintaining close dialogue with internal stakeholders, decision-making bodies, landlords, and investors. Reporting directly to the Vice President Store Concepts & Real Estate, we play a key role in shaping the company’s real estate landscape across Europe.
