Your Tasks

• Technical consulting and close collaboration with HR and management for the development of impactful dashboards and advanced reports.
• Design and implementation of analytics and planning solutions for executive decision support in the HR data context.
• Expansion of analytics capabilities through the establishment of technological and methodological foundations for descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive analyses.
• End-to-end delivery of SAP BI solutions within an agile DevOps product team.
• Requirements analysis and technical design for HR planning, controlling, reporting, and HR analytics.
• Implementation and testing of ETL processes, development of data models across database layers, and creation of ABAP and SQL reports.
• Monitoring of technology trends and proactive contribution to the advancement of the platform, with a focus on SAP Business Data Cloud (DataSphere, SAP Analytics Cloud, Data Products).
• Technical consulting and coaching of product team colleagues on operational problem-solving and process improvement.

Your Profile

• Degree in (Business) Computer Science, Data Science, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional training.
• Several years of practical experience in SAP Data Warehouse / Business Intelligence development and strong knowledge of modern SAP solutions (Business Data Cloud, DataSphere, Data Products, SAP Analytics Cloud).
• Excellent SQL skills, solid experience in ETL processing and data modeling, hands-on SAP HANA experience, and ABAP knowledge in SAP BW environments.
• Conceptual knowledge and preferably initial practical experience in data science, statistics, or predictive analytics.
• Strong analytical thinking, solution and value orientation, and the ability to communicate complex technical topics clearly and appropriately.
• Experience in engineering or technology roles, ideally within agile / DevOps product environments.
• Very good written and spoken English; German skills are an advantage.
