Your Tasks

• Support the development and execution of corporate strategy in close collaboration with senior team members and leadership
• Take responsibility for distinctly defined projects and/or project work streams, from initial conceptual set-up to implementation tracking
• Conduct research and analysis on market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making, leveraging latest AI tools
• Contribute to evaluating and proactively shaping new business opportunities, partnerships, and M&A assessments
• Assist in preparing business cases and executive presentations
• Manage internal and external project stakeholders including status reports, progress tracking, required project governance documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and drive delivery on key initiatives

Your Profile

• Qualifications:
• Bachelors and/or Master's degree in Business, Economics, or related field
• Several years of experience in strategy consulting, business development, corporate strategy, or related roles in retail or consumer-facing industries
• Good understanding of retail dynamics, customer behavior, and digital disruption
• Skilled in preparing clear, compelling executive presentations
• First experience with business case modeling and project management tools
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of BI or analytics tools is a plus
