Your Tasks

• Support the development and maintenance of standardized tools and templates to enable efficient data exchange across Key Account Management and country teams
• Assist in managing and updating key business tools, such as: country assortment files, promotion steering tools, logistics capacity planning updates, order management tracking (PO placement)
• Contribute to system enhancement initiatives by gathering user feedback, supporting requirement alignment, and following up on implementation progress
• Assist in generating regular performance reports and analyses (e.g., article availability, order gaps, stock rotation, warehouse efficiency)
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support process optimization and data transparency

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Structured, data-driven, analytical, and proactive working style
• Proficient in Excel; experience with SAP or data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• Strong communication skills in English; German language skills are a plus
• Willingness to learn and contribute to ongoing process improvements
