The Bikeleasing Group has grown into a leading provider of employee benefits and mobility solutions. Our group consists of five specialized companies, including multi-benefit providers, leasing and insurance services, and retailers for refurbished bikes. With our continued profitable growth, we are on an exciting transformation journey and have recently expanded into Austria with our subsidiary Probonio. Now it’s your turn: As part of our Customer Success Team, you will be the go-to person for companies and their employees when it comes to all questions about Bikeleasing and our multi-benefit platform. You will handle inquiries, maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure that every client enjoys a positive experience. • Guide our customers through all topics related to bike leasing and our multi-benefit platform
• Communicate confidently and with enthusiasm via phone, email, and MS Teams
• Maintain existing customer relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities to create additional value
• Set up and manage customer records independently in our system
• Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at every touchpoint

Your profile

• You have 1–2 years of experience in customer service/support or a comparable qualification
• A strong customer focus and genuine interest in building lasting relationships
• Independent, structured, and self-driven work style comes naturally to you
• Ability to quickly adapt to new processes and tasks
• Excellent communication skills and a true team player mindset
