Postdoc (f/m/x)
(full-time, 40h per week)
In the IQOQI research group “Dipolar quantum gases” for the project led by Prof. Francesca Ferlaino.
Your Tasks
· Experimental work on erbium atoms in optical tweezers
· Writing scientific publications
· Tutor bachelor and master students and supporting supervision of PhD students
· Representation of the group and of the latest scientific results at international conferences and workshops
· Supporting the group in administrative tasks
Your Profile
· PhD degree in physics with special focus on experimental AMO physics
· Experience in ultracold quantum gas experiments, in particular in the field of quantum information processing with multi-level quantum systems
· Demonstrated ability for excellent research in terms of publications/presentations
· Highly motivated, team-oriented researcher with strong interested in quantum science
Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English are mandatory

We offer an annual gross salary of € 70.167,44 before taxes based on the salary scheme of the Austrian Academy of Sciences.
