Now, we are looking for a passionate A&E Pre-sales Manager to represent 2N in Austria (Western part) and Switzerland (Eastern part), based in either country and responsible for both regions.

Job Description

What will you do in our company?

As our A&E Pre-sales Manager, you will become the technical ambassador of 2N, ensuring architects, consultants, and partners understand and love our solutions. Your work will include:

• Collaborating closely with our regional team for Austria and Switzerland, including Key Account Manager, Area Account Managers, and Inside Sales.

• Identifying and developing new opportunities through proactive engagement with architects and consultants.

• Analyzing customer requirements, RFPs, and technical specifications with high precision.

• Delivering compelling presentations and consultations that highlight the strengths of 2N's solutions.

• Providing technical demos and training to partners, ensuring they are fully equipped to succeed.

• Designing customized solutions, selecting optimal products, and advising on system integration.

• Supervising and supporting ongoing projects to secure smooth and successful implementations.

• Representing 2N at events, exhibitions, and industry fairs

Qualifications

What do you need to work in this position?

• Proven experience in pre-sales within the architectural, residential, ICT, or security markets.

• Strong understanding of network architecture and protocols (IP, SIP, TCP/UDP).

• Familiarity with the architectural, consulting, and real estate ecosystem.

• At least five years of experience in a similar pre-sales or technical consulting role.

• Excellent presentation and communication skills, capable of captivating both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong analytical thinking and solid troubleshooting abilities.

• A proactive, sales-oriented mindset and strong personal drive.

• Willingness to travel ~30% within Austria, Switzerland, and occasionally to our HQ in Prague.

• Professional demeanor, strong time-management skills, and ability to work under pressure.

Fluency in German (native level) and strong English proficiency; French or Italian is an advantage.
