What you'll do

• In this role, you confidently manages and prioritizes calendars and meetings and coordinates international travel

• Working closely with executive leadership, you will support with communication and meetings by drafting, editing, and designing communication materials and presentations, building agendas, recording minutes, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring effective outcomes

• You will plan and steer communication for different people initiatives and materials in close coordination with Corporate Communications and HR stakeholders

• Also, you will support on HR administrative tasks as a support to our executive HR Business Partner across the employee lifecycle—from recruiting, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding through role changes to compensation/benefit cycles and bonus processes in collaboration with the C&B Center of Excellence—and prepare sensitive HR documentation, maintain accurate HRIS data, and manage approval and signature workflows

• In addition, you will provide ad hoc support for people-related and cross-functional projects and, with your structured and proactive working style, contribute significantly to smooth operations

Who you are

• You bring several years of experience supporting C suite or senior executives in international organizations

• Demonstrated strength in drafting executive and internal communications ensures clear, consistent messaging aligned with leadership priorities

• Hands on HR operations experience spans contracts, onboarding/offboarding, payroll coordination, and compensation cycles

• You offer exceptional English and German language skills—spoken and written—and strong proficiency in MS Office/365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)

• High discretion and judgment are paired with rigorous planning, meticulous attention to detail, and a problem solving mindset that delivers reliable outcome
