Starting this coming winter season, we're looking for motivated people to join our kitchen team (m/f/d) – a true "smile-maker" :) for our 4-star superior Hotel Alpvita Piz Tasna. Your responsibilities:
- Food preparation and cooking: Ensuring that all dishes are prepared to our high standards.
- Creation of new dishes: Development and introduction of new, creative menu ideas.
- Quality control: Checking the quality of the ingredients and the finished dishes.
- Warehouse management: Proper storage and management of food and ingredients.
- Compliance with hygiene regulations: Ensure that all hygiene and safety standards are met.
- Teamwork: good cooperation with the entire team and other departments.
- Ordering: Ordering of ingredients and consumables.
- Menu planning: Participation in the creation of our menus.
- Cost control: Support in controlling food costs and the budget.
- Accept feedback: Use feedback from guests and team members to improve food quality.
- Maintenance and care: Ensure that all kitchen appliances and equipment are kept in good working order.
Work experience, knowledge of German
