Starting at the end of March or by agreement, full-time, year-round position with a 5-day week and guaranteed weekends and public holidays off.
- Acceptance and processing of reservation requests via telephone, email and online portals
- Maintenance and administration of the reservation system and all portals
- Advising our guests on offers, prices and availability
- Close cooperation with reception and service
- Processing cancellations and changes
- Ensuring a smooth process and high guest satisfaction
- Completed training in the hotel or tourism sector
- Experience in reservations or front office is desirable.
- Excellent German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage.
- Proficient use of common reservation and MS Office systems
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanor
- Reliable, structured and independent work style
