We are looking for a dedicated part-time Accountant (m/f/d) .

• You will manage accounts receivable and debt collection
• Billing
• Reminders and resolving outstanding items
• You handle accounts payable
• Securing payment approvals
• Verifying invoices
• Coding and posting incoming invoices
• Managing payment transactions
• Each month you lead the cut-off / accounting review to ensure correct revenue recognition
• You audit and post travel expense reports
• When needed, you fill in for bank accounting
• You assist with preparation of monthly and annual financial statements underHGB and US-GAAP
• You respond to audit inquiries as part of the team

• Successfully completed commercial or tax-related vocational training, or a degree
• Confident user of DATEV MS Office; especially strong in Excel
• Several years of relevant professional experience
• Self-driven, structured, precise, with strong organizational skills
• Customer- and service-oriented
• Good analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Outgoing, communicative, able to assert yourself
• Open to new challenges; willing to keep learning
• Team player
• Fluent in English
• Sound knowledge of US-GAAP
