An exciting curricular position as Marketing Assistant (working student – 20 hours/week) in our Ismaning office (near Munich) in Germany, where you will be part of the EMEA Marketing (Europe, the Middle East, and Africa) team.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to be part of Axis, a rapidly growing security company with a global presence. Our products and solutions focus on security surveillance and remote monitoring based on innovative, modern, and open technology platforms.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As our Marketing Assistant, you’ll get practical experience in marketing, communications, and even some sales tasks — giving you a well-rounded understanding of how our strategy and day-to-day operations work. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our marketing activities, from data management and event support to brand consistency and agency coordination. You’ll also join physical and digital meetings and collaborate with colleagues across the EMEA region.

Marketing Operations & Automation:

• Support with the Pardot Ticketing System within Monday.com, overseeing email communications, landing page development, form creation, data segmentation, and event reporting & surveys.
• Maintain and clean Salesforce/Pardot data to ensure accuracy and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
• Provide comprehensive event support, including registration management and webinar creation for EMEA head regional events.
• Support lead management processes by maintaining workflows, best practices, and preparing data imports and engagement studios for customer journeys.

Brand & Events:

• Develop and implement "Events in a Box" packages, creating customizable event templates for regional use.
• Build and manage promotion packages for future events.
• Curate and maintain an EMEA agency overview, conduct gap analyses, research potential agencies, and organize workshops.
• Standardize and manage event content.
• Maintain and update the "Welcome Brand Kit" and create Canva graphic designs for EMEA events & webinars.
• Support the development of EMEA content for global brand campaigns.

Your role will require you to interact with external suppliers.

Qualifications:

• Educational background in Marketing, Event Marketing, Digital Media, Media Management, Brand Management, or a related field.
• Exceptional proficiency in German and very good English skills, both written and verbal, with additional languages considered an asset.
• Strong technical affinity with a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, coupled with a hands-on mentality and analytical thinking.
• Proven affinity for events, data management, and reporting.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite.
• Familiarity with event management or marketing automation tools (Salesforce and HubSpot) is advantageous.
