To support our team in Istanbul, we are looking to recruit a After Sales Contract Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Expert for sales/ O&M contracts for potential projects and existing wind farms(highly specialized local knowledge about legal / commercial terms) 
• Support Sales and After Sales Managers
• Ensuring that all prescribed procedures and milestones are followed 
• Contracts closure including drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution(Claim Management) in collabration with Legal, Sales, Finance and related departments
• Localization of contracts, format, translation control, Tax, HSE, Finance, Legal, Service corporation for drafting new contracts
• Availability and flexibility to travel  ( 25% )

Qualifications:

• Degree in an engineering, law or business or similar fields, 
• Experience in contract management and knowledge in contract structure and content assesment for large value complex projects(ideally in Energy)
• Strong problem-solving, communication and listening skills
• Knowledge of advanced level in English all writing, reading and speaking, 
• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar contractual management position
