A Global IT company is currently recruiting a Sales Account Manager to work in their Düsseldorf office.
In this role, you will be responsible for the representation of Deutschland office with existing customers and interested parties, acquisition of new customers, contract management, and providing input to sales leads.
The ideal candidate should have a sales mentality, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of IT solutions.
Understanding of Japanese culture and some Japanese skill is essential.

WORKING HOURS: Fulltime (40 hrs/week)
SALARY: €50K + commission (€55K level with commission)
START: ASAP
LOCATION: Düsseldorf, Germany. Hybrid work available after probation period.
Sales Account Manager Main Responsibilities:
● Representation of Deutschland office with existing Customers and Interested Parties
● Onsite visits and participation in their onsite or public events
● Acquisition of new customers within your regional area and beyond
● Advertisement of Services and Solutions, Acquisition and Pursuit of Chances and Leads
● Contract management with new and existing Customers
● Explanation and follow-up on quotations and inquiries
● Providing Input to Sales Leads and Updating CRM data
● Timely response to inquiries, questions, and requests from Customers
● Close cooperation with Sales Assistants, other Account Managers and Engineers
● Other office- or business-related tasks
Sales Account Manager Ideal Candidate:
● Sales Mentality, great communication skills, interpersonal skills and Organizational skills
● Willingness for frequent business travelling (mainly regional or within Germany)
● Interest and working knowledge in IT solutions and communications
● Previous experience in sales/IT industry would be advantageous
● Business level fluency in both English and Japanese
● German language skills would be advantageous
● Working Knowledge of MS-Office applications (especially Word and Excel)
● Functional Car Driving License
