Qualifications

• Must have knowledge/experience with Enercon Wecs
• Engineering and Technicians Degree preferable
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (English & Turkish)
• Strong knowledge of HSE principles and regulations
• Strong computer skills with a high level of proficiency with MS Office Programs (Excel, Power Point etc.)
• Must work well in a team atmosphere and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a relationship builder
• Driving Licence – B class
• Ability to travel (National-International)
• Ability for reporting & presentation
• Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement

Job Descriptions

• Assess and analyze mechanical/electronic faults and initiate measures for troubleshooting
• Participate in shift work, including weekend and holiday shifts in the Operations Control Center (OCC)
• Technical support of the service technicians in the field and customers for technical questions
• Evaluation and analysis of mechanical/electronic malfunctions and initiation of measures to eliminate malfunctions
• Preparation of technical reports                                                                                                    
•  Ability to communicate between departments and support the finalization of failures
