What you can expect

You will take responsibility for our business divisions and manage them strategically, economically and organizationally. Together with the management, you will actively develop wohndienstjena GmbH and shape the future direction of the company.

This includes in particular

• strategic, economic and organizational management of our business divisions
• active involvement in shaping the company's development
• professional and disciplinary management of a team of 29 employees
• Further development of processes, digital solutions and quality standards
• close cooperation with the management, the parent company and in Group-wide committees

What you bring with you

• a degree in business administration or a comparable qualification
• several years of professional and management experience in a comparable position
• a good feel for economic interrelationships and strategic developments
• Experience with process management, quality standards and digitalization projects
• a sound understanding of real estate management and real estate business contexts
• a friendly, engaging manner and an appreciative management style
• a structured, analytical and solution-oriented way of working
