Teamlead (m|f|d) Product Management Hardware

YOUR MISSION

• Leadership: Strategic management of the hardware portfolio in bike sharing along with central leadership of the product team and coordination of technology, design, and production teams throughout the entire product life cycle
• Market research: Conducting market and competitive analyses as well as user studies to identify trends, user needs and innovations
• Strategy: Developing and prioritizing the product strategy and roadmap in close coordination with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Product development: Managing the hardware design process including prototyping, testing and iterative further development
• Optimization: Analyzing key performance indicators and user feedback to continuously improve the hardware
• Market launch: Strategic responsibility for the market launch, operation and end-of-life of hardware products – in close collaboration with marketing and sales for strong market positioning

YOUR PROFILE

• a completed degree in business administration, product management / product design, mechanical or electrical engineering or a similar educational background, possibly with an additional technical qualification
• relevant professional experience in product management – ideally related to micromobility
• extensive expertise in hardware development processes (design, prototyping, manufacturing and supply chain management)
• strong leadership skills with a focus on team motivation and development
• business fluent in English (C1)
• decision-making skills and a forward-thinking strategic mindset
• passion for hardware, innovation and sustainable mobility
