We, the regional club ADAC Hessen-Thüringen e.V., are the point of contact for over 2.3 million members for all questions and concerns relating to mobility, insurance and, of course, ADAC membership.

Whether in person or on the phone, you will inspire our customers about vacation destinations worldwide and advise them on all travel matters.
You actively create enthusiasm, convince our customers of our wide range of travel services and persuade them to book a trip.
With your first-class service, you will easily win over new customers and strengthen the bond with existing customers.
As part of your job, you will be deployed as a stand-in at our branches in Erfurt, Gera and Jena.

You have successfully completed your training as a travel or tourism agent.
Thanks to your combination of strong communication skills, service and sales orientation and enjoyment in dealing with people, you always manage to inspire and convince our customers.
It goes without saying that you also have excellent specialist, product and destination knowledge in order to provide our customers with first-class advice.
You also have a class B driving license and are willing to travel.

Job ticket – Do you always want to be mobile? We provide you with a job ticket for the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) if you live and/or work in the RMV area or pay you a travel allowance if you use public transport outside the RMV for journeys between your home and primary place of work.
