Internship - IT Business Partner

For our IT Business Solutions Team in Jenbach, we are looking for an IT Business Partner Operations Intern (m/f/d). In this role, you will support INNIO Jenbach’s business functions, assist with program and project execution, and drive operational excellence. Your Responsibilities:

• Support business functions with IT demands, advise on hardware, software, and infrastructure needs, and ensure business case development

• Plan and prioritize feature backlog within the team and communicate transparently with business stakeholders

• Assist with and manage IT project implementation, participate in third-party management, support ongoing benefits review, and prepare relevant reports

• Own the lifecycle, TCO, and license management of legacy functional applications

• Support the business partners team with other operational and project responsibilities

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software, mathematics, engineering or equivalent

• Strong project management skills

• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving abilities

• Clear business process thinking and ability to translate requirements into IT solutions

• Ability to conduct business in English (written and spoken)

• High level of energy, self-motivation, positive mindset, and strong customer focus

• Excellent organizational, communication, and team skills

• Hands-on mentality and completer/finisher attitude

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.645,68 gross per month (x 14).
