Internship - IT Finance (m/f/d)

In this role you will be part of the IT Finance organization which is in charge of planning, budgeting, procurement and cost control for all verticals of IT. You will participate in INNIO’s internship program which aims to involve you step by step into the daily life of the department and helps to start your career in a structured way at INNIO Group. During your internship you will be involved in the procurement and cost management processes.

Your Responsibilities:

• Create Purchase order requisitions and receipts for IT

• Prepare ad hoc requests / analytics / metrics / KPIs

• Support the analysis of IT Project & Operational costs and control variances against plan with Project Managers and Budget owner

• Support the budgeting process

• Support the introduction of a Financial controlling system within IT

Your Profile:

• Studying or recently graduate with a university degree in finance / accounting / business

• Strong MS-Office skills (Excel) and strong analytical skills

• Experience in Tableau & Oracle is a plus

• Written and verbal fluency in English; German is a plus

• Immediate start with the duration of a minimum of 6 months with the potential for further extension of 6 months

• A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.698,59 gross per month (x 14).
