Your Mission

• You will conduct comprehensive research on potential markets for additive manufacturing, identifying key trends, challenges, and opportunities.

• Working closely with the Additive Minds business development team, you will support with analyses and reports on market size, competitive landscape, customer segments, and potential entry strategies.

• You will contribute to the further development of the Additive Minds Academy by applying AI-based tools to enhance offerings and adapt them to regional needs.

• Within the Additive Minds AM Ignite program, you will own a project by identifying target customers, developing a go-to-market approach, and initiating first discussions to bring additive manufacturing education to academia and research.

Your Talents

• Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Economics, or Engineering

• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to conduct market research, structure complex information, and translate findings into practical insights

• Entrepreneurial and proactive, eager to take initiative and drive projects forward

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
