Your Responsibilities:

• Support the field service back-office team with administrative tasks
• Control and audit expense reports for field service technicians in Concur
• Check and control hours submitted in Myplant according to Austrian labor time regulations
• Enter and correct working hours manually in Interflex based on field service reports
• Provide administrative support for the Vienna office (Uvex Simple System, cleaning company, office and storage management)

Your Profile:

• Commercial and/or technical education or relevant professional experience
• Commercial training or technical qualification; project experience desirable
• Very good IT knowledge and strong analytical skills with a structured approach
• Excellent communication skills and team player mentality
• Fluent in German and English, both oral and written
• Strong organizational talent

The internship is a full-time position for at least 6 months. The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 2.698,59 gross per month (x 14).
