INNIO is looking for a highly driven Material Manager to ensure end-to-end material availability for engineering, validation, and testbench operations. Acting as the operational backbone between Validation Engineering, System Owners, Logistics (H58), Testbench teams and suppliers, you guarantee that all required parts are ordered, tracked, and delivered on time. Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely ordering and tracking of all required materials for engineering, validation, and testbench operations, managing BA orders for parts with and without part numbers
• Validate part status and follow correct procurement paths, maintaining visibility across the entire material lifecycle (BA workflow, PO status, WIP jobs, warehouse availability, promised dates)
• Identify late or at-risk items, escalate issues, and proactively secure on-time delivery; coordinate closely with Logistics (H58) for material receipt and readiness
• Support shipping workflows for parts without part numbers, ensuring accurate booking and returns after use
• Maintain material flow visibility across machining, instrumentation, warehouse, and testbench locations
• Act as key interface across functions including Validation Engineering, System Owners, PMO, Finance, Logistics, Testbench, and suppliers
• Support process improvements, system enhancements, and participate in cross-functional workshops

Your Profile:

• 3–5+ years of experience in material management, supply chain, procurement, logistics, or engineering support roles
• Strong understanding of Oracle / iProcurement, BA workflows, and engineering processes; experience with BOMs, prototype parts, validation or test workflows beneficial
• Excellent coordination and communication skills for navigating multiple stakeholders
• High ownership mentality, structured working style, and ability to handle time-critical activities
• Ability to identify risks early, propose mitigation, and ensure material readiness
• Strong analytical skills and confidence using dashboards, tracking tools, and reporting systems
• Good English skills required; German language skills are a benefit
