Your Responsibilities:

• Office support for project manager for extended scope projects
• Ensure timely implementation of project changes and cost planning measures in close alignment with the project manager in our ERP system
• Translate the extended scope of supply to our ERP system and ensure smooth process execution from request to order till item receiving
• Attend team meetings of subsidiary project management and ensure alignment on information requirements of the HQ
• Support the project manager during customer visits in the Head Quarter in Jenbach, Tirol
• Support cross functional coordination of technical and commercial project execution in cooperation with Finance, Supply Chain, Engineering and Sourcing
• Execute internal projects

Your Profile:

• Electrical, mechanical or commercial educational background (e.g. HTL, HAK), additional commercial degree (e.g. Bachelor) advantageous
• Ideally first experience in relevant industry, preferably in reciprocating engine industry; entry level possible
• Ability to act in an interdisciplinary environment connected with relevant diversity of experience
• Very good communication skills
• Team player, strong reliability with great customer focus
• Excellent English and German skills (written and oral)

The base pay is composed of the amount according to the Austrian collective agreement which is at least EUR 3.329,62 gross per month (x 14) and an over payment depending on your qualifications and experience.
