Your Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will contribute your senior controlling expertise to support financial steering, performance analysis and decision‑making within an international industrial organization.
- Act as a senior finance and controlling professional supporting business stakeholders in an international industrial organization
- Provide financial analysis, interpretation and guidance to support management and business decisions
- Analyze financial performance, cost structures and operational drivers, ensuring transparency and a clear understanding of deviations
- Support planning, budgeting and forecasting activities, ensuring data quality, consistency and realistic assumptions
- Prepare management reports, financial analyses and decision‑relevant insights for senior stakeholders
- Monitor financial KPIs, identify risks and improvement opportunities, and proactively highlight relevant implications
- Support cost awareness and performance improvement initiatives through structured analysis and business-oriented recommendations
- Contribute to the development and improvement of controlling processes, reporting standards and financial methodologies
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and other finance functions, ensuring alignment and transparency across interfaces
- Support finance-related projects and ad-hoc analyses in a dynamic and growing environment
Your Profile:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Finance/Accounting
- At least 10 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role
- Expert level understanding of accounting concepts, focus on manufacturing and industrial environments
- Insistence on high standards in all aspects
- Excellent Excel skills, experienced with large sets of data. Business Intelligence skills advantageous
- Fluent English, German advantageous
- Flexible, proactive learner with a clear, problem-solving mindset who consistently meets deadlines.
- A valid work permit for Austria is a prerequisite for this position (Non-EU citizens: please attach the work permit to the application)
