Financial Planning & Forecasting

• Implementation of the annual budgeting process
  
• Management of the monthly forecasting process
  
• Preparation of well-founded analyses for budget/forecast coordination for management meetings
  
• Modelling the financial impact of strategic initiatives and supporting management with proper and detailed FP&A
  

Reporting & Dashboards

• Development of meaningful dashboards in Power BI to support strategic decisions
• Monitoring and analysis of relevant KPIs

Data Analysis & Interpretation

• Deviation analyses between actual, forecast and budget values to identify trends and causes and suggest corrective initiatives as needed to maximize profit generation.
• Identification and implementation of process improvements in the FP&A area (incl. use of tools)

Your profile

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, controlling, or comparable
• 5+ years of professional experience in controlling / FP&A
• Very good knowledge of Power BI and common financial tools
• Analytical thinking, structured way of working, high level of initiative
• Ability to work in a team and convincing communication skills towards management & specialist departments in German and English
