Your Work-Area
- At hand: You provide the daily 1st level support on site and assist all users in all IT-relevant questions; you are also responsible for employee training to ensure the best possible handling of the existing IT tools in daily business.
- IT-related Employee Onboarding: you are involved from the very beginning – from an IT point of view, you ensure a smooth start for our new employees by preparing and providing all the necessary systems/accesses etc.
- Hardware expert: PCs, notebooks, telephones, printers – you provide the necessary hardware, take care of the setup and answer all related questions
- Ideas: with your ideas and suggestions for improvement, you ensure the continuous further development of the digitalization process of the VINK system landscape.
Your profile - the perfect solution for us
- A successfully completed apprenticeship in the IT environment and first experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of Microsoft environments, IT networks and experience in setting up and installing computers and laptops
- Enjoying working with new technologies and a high willingness to provide services
- Good knowledge of German and English
