• You independently set up, programme and routinely operate cutting machines in single and multi-machine operation
• You produce turned parts according to work plans or project specifications and technical drawings
• You process production orders on time and in compliance with quality standards
• You stamp the processing times in the PDA system
• You create and correct CNC programmes independently, to achieve optimum results
• you select the appropriate tools and clamping devices for new productions
• you carry out a worker self-check according to the dual control principle and document this
• you carry out quality monitoring according to the test plan and use measuring tools for this purpose, height measuring device and measuring machine professionally
• Maintenance, cleaning and servicing of the machines, tools and clamping devices are part of your area of responsibility
• You carry out deburring and reworking to make the parts ready for finishing

• You have completed training as a cutting machine operator (m/f/d) specialising in CNC turning, toolmaker (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You are familiar with CNC automatic lathes; you have experience in programming and setting up new parts
• knowledge of Fanuc and Mazak controls is an advantage and will make your work easier
• you are confident in using testing and measuring equipment
• you have a good command of German and valid working papers
• you are willing to work in a 3-shift system and show appropriate flexibility
