What You Will Do:
- Supporting project management in customer projects
- Maintain Jira action tracking, data quality and follow up with action owners
- Generate reporting dashboard and maintain data quality
- Setup of team meetings, share agenda and meeting minutes
- Generate Documentation guidelines, train team and follow up adherence. Ensure fast and easy access via clear and intuitive data structure
- SharePoint – define and maintain folder structure and follow up on adherence to documentation principles
- Teams channel moderation – storing of attachments in permanent areas and sharing of links
- Moderate access control to project repositories and communication channels
What You Need:
- Student in Computer Science / Engineering / Business Administration or other relevant degree course
- Project management basic skills (understand main responsibility areas and project phases)
- Responsible way of working, independently working, self driven. Good communication skills and being able to follow up issues in global team and escalate issues and decision needs.
- Relevant practical experiences in industry
- Evidence of Engineering or Project Management related training
- Preferred location: Karlsruhe, Ulm, Garching
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office applications
