We are specialists for comfortable IT solutions and operate IT infrastructures in retail, industry and public services.
To reinforce our teams, we are looking for you as an IT System Engineer (f/m/d) to join us as soon as possible.
You will be the direct contact person for your colleagues , ensuring that everyone can use the company's IT smoothly and focus fully on their own work. Your daily work location: Karlsruhe
Your tasks:
• As part of the team, you ensure a flawless IT experience and provide 1st and 2nd level support to your colleagues.
• You manage the Incident & Problem Management process on a daily basis. You register support requests in IT ticketing , follow their status, and provide timely solutions.
• You are in constant contact with 3rd level specialists .
• You use analysis and monitoring tools .
• You independently carry out hardware rollouts, maintenance tasks, and installations .
This is what you should bring with you:
• At least 2 years of experience in IT user support .
• You are a reliable team player with a real passion for IT.
• You are able to learn new processes dynamically .
• Solid expertise in the Windows client environment : Windows 11, M365, Office standard software (Outlook, Word, Excel), assignment of rights in file and directory structures, remote desktop tools, remote deployments.
• Initial experience in the area of Windows Server .
• Basic knowledge in the area of networks .
• Fluent English and good German language skills . Other languages are a plus.

A very good command of English is essential, the capacity to speak French, German or Dutch is an asset.
Even though most of our positions require at least 3 years of experience, some are open to new starters.
