Application administrator (m/f/d)

• You completed vocational training in IT, e.g., as an IT specialist, or a similar qualification
• You have solid skills in the area of application and software engineering as well as software management
• You have basic knowledge of SAP Cloud Identity Services and connections to Corporate Identity Provider
• Ideally, you have user and administration knowledge in SAP Cloud products and basic knowledge of SAP Subaccount-specific configurations (regions, environments like Cloud Foundry or Kyma)
• You ideally have basic knowledge of Linux derivatives, database management systems, SQL, as well as of various data formats such as XML and JSON
• You master complex tasks thanks to your abstract thinking and work in a structured and goal-oriented manner
• You can clearly present the solutions you developed and document them in a comprehensible manner
• You have strong communication skills and sound knowledge of written and spoken German and English
• A keen eye for future trends completes your profile

• Your focus is on the support of our internal systems, primarily our SAP applications
• You analyze disruptions, evaluate solution alternatives, and administer SAP Global Accounts, Directories, and Subaccounts throughout the entire lifecycle
• You are responsible for the configuration and connection of systems through various interfaces
• You are responsible for the setup, operation, and maintenance of SAP Cloud Connector for connecting on-premise and private cloud SAP systems
• The creation and maintenance of technical documentation is in your hands
• You are responsible for the user authorization concept, entitlements, license requirements, and quotas, and you keep an eye on the costs
• You create feasibility studies, define system requirements, and develop system structures within our business processes
• You ensure compliance with access, security, and data protection requirements
