About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager (CSM) for the DACH region, you will be the key point of contact for our customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from Catenda’s solutions. Your mission is to build strong, trust-based relationships with clients, drive customer satisfaction and retention, and identify growth opportunities within your portfolio.

Working closely with our Sales team, Product team, and your fellow Customer Success colleagues, you will play a pivotal role in the customer journey, from onboarding to renewal and expansion. By gathering and sharing insights from our users, you will help shape both our product roadmap and strategic direction.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboard, maintain, and expand our customer base in the DACH region.
  • Develop a deep understanding of Catenda’s products (Catenda Hub & Catenda Site) to guide customers toward achieving their business goals.
  • Monitor and nurture customer health, proactively engaging with clients to ensure product adoption and long-term success.
  • Identify and address risks or opportunities, creating action plans to improve customer outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales on renewals, upsells, and expansions when it aligns with the customer’s needs.
  • Collect and share user feedback to help improve the customer experience and influence product development.
  • Represent Catenda at industry events, fairs, and client meetings across the DACH region.

Requirements

Who You Are

  • You have 5–10 years of experience in or connected to the AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) industry.
  • You’re curious, empathetic, and passionate about understanding customers’ workflows and challenges.
  • Experience or knowledge of BIM and digital construction technologies is a strong plus.
  • You have full professional proficiency in German and English (written and spoken).
  • You thrive in a collaborative, international environment, and are comfortable working remotely and/or from our Karlsruhe office.
  • You’re willing to travel occasionally for customer meetings, events, and company gatherings.
