Role Summar
We’re looking for a customer-focused EMEA Product Manager (m/f/d) to lead the EMI Filter portfolio across EMEA, including Corcom and Schaffner product lines. You’ll drive regional product strategy, market growth, and profitability by working closely with sales, engaging customers, and optimizing pricing and go-to-market execution
Key Responsibilitie
Develop and execute EMEA product strategy aligned with the global roadmap.
Partner with sales teams to grow revenue and market share.
Implement competitive pricing and optimize profitability.
Analyze trends, forecast demand, and manage product availability.
Lead new product launches and marketing activities.
Monitor competitors and gather market intelligence.
Capture Voice of the Customer insights to shape product development.
Collaborate with Global Product Management to align strategies.
Your ideal background:
Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years in product management, sales, or marketing in electronics/power solutions.
Knowledge of EMI/EMC principles and filter technologies preferred.
Experience with EMEA industrial automation/electrification markets; distribution experience a plus.
Strong pricing strategy, analytical, and business acumen.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
