We are looking for a Group Accountant (m/f/d) to join a dynamic, sustainable industrial company.

This is a newly created role, giving you the opportunity to help build the Group Accounting function from the ground up.

You will work closely with the Head of Accounting, take on a small team in the near term, and be responsible for consolidating around 15 international entities.

Aufgabengebiet

• You will manage and coordinate the monthly consolidation of all Vulcan Group entities in accordance with both HGB and IFRS standards.
• You will lead and support the potential migration of Group reporting from Lucanet to SAP S/4HANA.
• You will oversee and coordinate audits for the European Vulcan entities, ensuring compliance with HGB and IFRS requirements.
• You will prepare accurate and timely internal and external Group reports as well as supporting financial documentation.
• You will take responsibility for Group-wide transfer pricing matters in close collaboration with internal teams and external advisors.
• You will work closely with auditors and key stakeholders across the business to ensure transparent communication and alignment.

Anforderungsprofil

• Strong expertise in HGB and IFRS, with an in-depth understanding of international group accounting principles.
• Hands-on experience with Lucanet, ideally SAP S/4HANA
• Proven track record in managing audits within an international corporate environment.
• A collaborative mindset combined with a high degree of initiative, ownership, and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken.
