Description
The Young Investigator Network (YIN) is the network of early-career scientific leaders at KIT. To support the YIN office, we are looking for a committed and responsible Student / Research Assistant for 40 hours per month (number of hours negotiable), starting as soon as possible.
Your responsibilities will include administrative and event-organizational support for the YIN office as well as maintaining the website. Tasks include, for example, co-organizing network meetings, maintaining and updating databases, image editing, and topic research. Do you have strong communication and organizational skills, work efficiently and independently, have experience with MS Office (ideally also with web content management systems), and possess good English skills? Zur Unterstützung der YIN-Geschäftsstelle suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte, verantwortungsvolle Studentische/Wissenschaftliche Hilfskraft für 40 Stunden im Monat (Stundenzahl verhandelbar). Ihre Aufgaben umfassen die administrative und veranstaltungsorganisatorische Unterstützung der YIN-Geschäftsstelle sowie die Pflege des Internetauftritts. Dazu zählen bspw. die Co-Organisation der Netzwerktreffen, die Pflege und Überarbeitung der Datenbanken, Bild-Bearbeitung sowie Themen-Recherchen. Sie zeichnen sich durch Kommunikations- und Organisationsgeschick aus, arbeiten effizient und selbstständig, haben Erfahrung im Umgang mit MS-Office, am besten auch mit Web-Contentmanagementsystemen und verfügen über gute Englischkenntnisse?
